Requirements
  • Legally blind in both eyes.
  • Resident of Oregon.
  • 18 years old.
  • Pursuing or planning to work on an undergraduate or graduate degree at a college or university in the state.
  • Enrolled full time or enrolled part time and working full time (1 scholarship).
  • Selection is based on academic excellence, community service, and financial need. Applicants must attend NFB of Oregon State Convention and attend all scheduled activities.
