Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Tennessee who are legally blind in both eyes.
  • Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime in a degree program at an accredited post-secondary institution in any state.
  • Required minimum GPAs are 2.8 for graduating high school seniors or 3.2 for current college students.
  • Recipients are required to attend the sponsor's annual state convention. Some expenses may be paid.
