Requirements
  • This program is open to NHA members and their spouses, children, and grandchildren.
  • Membership in the NHA is open to activeduty and retired U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and U.S. Coast Guard helicopter pilots, aircrew, and maintenance professionals.
  • Applicants must be working on or planning to work on an undergraduate or graduate degree in any field.
  • Selection is based on that statement, academic proficiency, scholastic achievements and awards, extracurricular activities, employment history, and letters of recommendation.
  • The program includes scholarships 1) reserved for NHA family members; 2) reserved for activeduty personnel; 3) sponsored by private corporations; 4) named as memorials in honor of distinguished individuals; and 5) awarded on a regional basis.
