Requirements
  • This program is open to spouses of active-duty Navy personnel who are residing and serving in command within the boundaries of Naval District Washington and have been on active duty for at least 9 consecutive months.
  • Applicants must be attending or planning to attend an accredited 2 or 4-year undergraduate college or university, visual or performing arts school, or vocational/technical school in any state.
  • Selection is based on that essay, academic record, job record, volunteer work, and participation in community activities; financial need is not considered.
