The Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society Education Program honors Navy and Marine Corps services members, their spouses, and children. Students who demonstrate financial need and are seeking a professional certification, associate, bachelor's or graduate degree are welcome to apply. Active duty members who are selected for Marine Enlisted Commissioning Education Program (MECEP) or Medical Enlisted Commissioning Program (MECP) will be considered.

Requirements

Active duty Navy and Marine Corps members who are enrolled in MECEP or MECP programs - Child of active duty, retired, or deceased Navy and Marine Corps members - Spouse of active duty or retired Navy and Marine Corps members

Registered in DEERS (Defense Eligibility Enrollment Reporting System)

Seeking a professional certification, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree

Aged 23 or younger (children)

Fulltime or part-time student

Demonstrate financial need
