The Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society Education Program honors Navy and Marine Corps services members, their spouses, and children. Students who demonstrate financial need and are seeking a professional certification, associate, bachelor's or graduate degree are welcome to apply. Active duty members who are selected for Marine Enlisted Commissioning Education Program (MECEP) or Medical Enlisted Commissioning Program (MECP) will be considered.

  • Active duty Navy and Marine Corps members who are enrolled in MECEP or MECP programs OR
  • Child of active duty, retired, or deceased Navy and Marine Corps members OR
  • Spouse of active duty or retired Navy and Marine Corps members
  • Resident of the U.S.
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree full or parttime
  • Planning to attend school in the U.S.
  • Registered in DEERS (Defense Eligibility Enrollment Reporting System)
  • Demonstrate financial need
  • Aged 23 or younger (children)
