Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of North Carolina who are either 1) graduating high school seniors planning to enroll full time at a college or university in any state; or 2) freshmen already enrolled.
  • Applicants may be planning to major in any field.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Selection is based on academic achievement (35%); character, activities, and employment (35%); and financial need (30%).
