  • Student who qualify for assistance under federal government programs like the Free or Reduced Price Lunch Program, Supplemental Security Income, Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program(SNAP), or Special Supplemental Assistance Program( WIC), and lowincome households
