Nebraska Health Care Foundation Dietary Scholarship provides financial assistance to employees of Nebraska Nursing Facility Association/Nebraska Assisted Living Association (NNFA/NALA) facilities and their families who are interested in studying dietary or food service education at a school in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to employees of NNFA/NALA member facilities and immediate relatives (parent, sibling, spouse, child) of employees.
  • Applicants must be enrolled or eligible to enroll in a program of dietary or food service education at a school in any state.
  • They must indicate a desire to practice their dietary skills at an NNFA/NALA member facility following completion of their program for at least 1 year.
