Requirements
  • This program is open to high school seniors who are firefighters, relatives of firefighters, or Explorers in an affiliated member organization of the association.
  • Applicants must be planning to attend a 2 or 4-year college or university in any state to prepare for a career in a community service-related field (e.g., fire service, nursing, social work, health-related services, teaching, paramedic).
  • Financial need is considered in the selection process.
