The Needler Family Scholarship program is available to current employees of Fresh Encounter and their children or blood-related grandchildren. Students who demonstrate strong academic standing are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students studying agriculture, agribusiness, food service management, business, wholesale or retail business, or the independent grocer business.
