The Nelle L. Fischer Scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors of Vinton County High School in McArthur, Ohio. Students who are residents of Vinton County, Ohio, and have demonstrated musical ability in piano, voice, or a musical instrument in orchestra or band are welcome to apply. Students from Zaleski, Ohio receive special consideration.
