The Nels Andersen Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors and current college students who reside in Saginaw County, Michigan. Students pursuing a technical certification, associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood development, and elementary education are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to former participants, parents, or employees of Saginaw County Head Start programs and full-time students.
