The New England FEMARA Scholarship is available to licensed radio amateurs of technician class or higher who are residents of the New England states. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to academic merit, financial need, and a demonstrated interest in the community or school.
