Requirements
  • This program is open to students from economically and educationally disadvantaged backgrounds who have been legal residents of New Jersey for at least 12 consecutive months.
  • Applicants must be from families with annual incomes below specified limits, ranging from $24,120 for a household size of 1 to $82,640 for a household size of 8.
  • They must be attending or accepted for attendance as fulltime undergraduate or graduate students at institutions of higher education in New Jersey.
  • Some colleges may also require students to complete the College Scholarship Service's (CSS) Financial Aid Form to apply for institutional aid.
