The New Jersey Foster Care Scholars Federal Education and Training Voucher Program provides financial assistance to residents of New Jersey who have been in foster care and are interested in attending college in any state. This can be used as supplemental assistance to students who qualify for the New Jersey Foster Care Scholars Program.
