Requirements
  • Applicants for this program must have been legal residents of New Jersey at the time of induction into the armed forces, or at the time of discharge from active duty, or for at least 2 years prior to making an application for the program; must have been, or currently be, eligible for federal veterans' educational assistance; must have been separated from active duty after December 31, 1960 and prior to May 7, 1975; and must be enrolled either full or half time at an undergraduate, graduate, or vocational institution in the United States.
