NIBA Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance for college to employees or children of employees of member companies of the NIBA-The Belting Association.

Requirements
  • This program is open to employees or children of parents employed by a NIBA company who are enrolled or planning to enroll at a 2- or 4-year college, university, or technical school.
  • Distributor/fabricators, conveyor belting manufacturers, and conveyor component manufacturer's employees and their children are all eligible.
  • Applicants must submit a 1page essay on 1 of these topics: 1) how this scholarship will impact their future; 2) the importance of their major in today's society; or 3) a controversial problem on college campuses and its possible solution.
  • Selection is based on that essay (60%), a personal history of leadership in family, school, or work (20%), and community and school service history (20%).
