The Nic Tower Memorial Scholarship program awards need-based scholarships to students who are graduating seniors or past graduates of Cascade High School in Washington. Students who demonstrate a potential for success and who are planning to attend a trade or vocational school, 2- or 4-year college or university, or graduate school are welcome to apply.
