Requirements

This program is open to residents of Alaska who are attending or planning to attend a college or university in any state and have a GPA of 2.0 or higher for the previous school year.

Applicants must be interested in preparing for a career in education, government, or public service.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.

The highestranked applicant receives the Eugene A. Kennedy Award.
