The Nick Cobb Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to graduate student members of SPIE, The International Society for Optics and Photonics, who are preparing for a career in lithography. In addition to the scholarship, Siemens EDA, joint funder, will provide the recipient travel support to the SPIE Advanced Lithography + Patterning conference.
