The Nina J. Wing Scholarship recognizes foster care youth, who are GED recipients or graduates of a high school in New Mexico. Students who are seeking an associate degree at Central New Mexico Community College as an entering or current student are welcome to apply. Those who have resided at "The Ranches" in Albuquerque, New Mexico receive special consideration.
