The NNM American Society of Mechanical Engineers Scholarship is awarded to residents of northern New Mexico who are seeking a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and other engineering fields. Students who demonstrate merit through academic achievement are welcome to apply.

  • Resident of Los Alamos, Mora, Rio Arriba, San Miguel, Sandoval, Santa Fe, or Taos counties, New Mexico
  • High school senior or undergraduate student
  • Seeking a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering fields
  • Participation in community service or extracurricular activities Preference is given to applicants who are attending school in New Mexico, applicants who are nontraditional or firstgeneration college student, and those demonstrating financial need.
