The Norman and Jean Persons Scholarship is available to active duty or retired U.S. Marine Corps members, their children who are graduating high school seniors, or students under the age of 25 who have been in the foster care system. Students attending a 2- or 4-year college or university or licensed trade/vocational school are encouraged to apply.
