Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of North Dakota who are the child or grandchild of a full-time county employee or elected county official in the state.
  • Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime at an accredited college, university, or vocational/technical school in the state.
  • Selection is based on, in order of priority, leadership and volunteerism, honors and awards, personal statements, and academic achievement.
