Requirements
  • Applicants must have at least one-quarter degree Indian blood, be residents of North Dakota or enrolled members of a tribe resident in North Dakota, and be accepted as full-time undergraduate students by an institution of higher learning or vocational education in North Dakota.
  • Students with a GPA of 2.0 to 3.499 must be able to demonstrate financial need; those with a GPA of 3.5 or higher can qualify on the basis of merit.
