The North Dakota Scholarship is awarded to graduating high school seniors from North Dakota who are pursuing a degree or certification. To be eligible, students must complete the Essential Skills requirements and fulfill two of the three pathways: postsecondary education, workforce, or military service.

Requirements
  • Earn a minimum 3.00 GPA and receive a score of 70% or above on the North Dakota Civics Test, **AND**
  • Complete a FourYear Rolling Plan
  • Resident of North Dakota
  • High school senior completing a nineweek career education course or individual counseling
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree
  • Meet four of the eight additional Essential Skills indicators
  • Complete two of the three pathways (postsecondary, workforce, or military)
