Requirements
  • This program is open to minority undergraduates from any state attending institutions of higher education in North Dakota.

  • They must be members of North Dakota United (NDU) or another state affiliate of the National Education Association (NEA) or American Federation of Teachers (AFT).
  • Special consideration is given to students attending tribal colleges.
