Requirements
  • This program is open to female residents of North Dakota who are enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at a college, university, or certification program in the state.
  • Applicants must be able to demonstrate income lower than established financial guidelines for 125% of poverty (currently, $15,950 for a family of 1, rising to $55,150 for a family of 8).
  • Priority is given to 1) firsttime students and current students in special circumstances that may prevent them from completing a pending degree or program; and 2) students who may not be eligible for sources of funding normally available to low-income applicants.
