Requirements
  • This program is open to licensed radio amateurs who are actively involved in some amateur radio activity.
  • Applicants must be U.S. citizens enrolled full time at an accredited college or university.
  • In the selection process, primary consideration is given to students who graduated from high schools in north Texas and are attending college in that area.
  • Consideration is also given to residents of north Texas attending college in another state, residents of other areas of Texas attending college in that state or another state, and residents of Oklahoma attending college in Texas or another state.
