The North Valley Mechanical/Charity Rumbolz Memorial Scholarship is available to current graduating seniors and graduates of high schools in Omak, Okanogan, Wenatchee, and East Wenatchee in Washington. Students who wish to pursue a vocational or trade education at an accredited two-year college or trade school on a path compatible with work in the tree fruit industry are encouraged to apply.
