The Northeastern Pennsylvania Health Care Foundation Nursing Scholarship supports the nursing workforce in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Residents of Lackawanna, Luzerne, or Wyoming counties in Pennsylvania who are seeking their CNA, LPN, RN, BSN, or MSN are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to applicants who are planning to practice in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Requirements
  • Resident of Lackawanna, Luzerne, or Wyoming counties, Pennsylvania
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree
  • Studying nursing
  • Planning for a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), a Registered Nurse (RN), or nurse educator Preference is given to applying students who are currently practicing in or planning to practice in Northeastern Pennsylvania, and who have a demonstrated financial need.
