The Northern California Tribal Chairmen's Association Scholarship program supports students with Native American heritage who reside in Del Norte, Humboldt, Lassen, Modoc, Shasta, or Siskiyou counties in California. Applicants should be a member of a Federally-Recognized and Non-Federally-Recognized Tribe. Students with financial needs are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to applicants who attend Humboldt State University or the College of the Redwoods.
