The Northern California Tribal Chairmen's Association Scholarship supports students with Native American heritage who reside in Del Norte, Humboldt, Lassen, Modoc, Shasta, or Siskiyou counties in California. Applicants are members of a Federally-Recognized and Non-Federally-Recognized Tribe. Special consideration is given to applicants who attend Cal Poly Humboldt or the College of the Redwoods.
