Northwest Chapter NATAS Scholarship provides financial assistance to students who live or attend school in the Northwest and are interested in majoring in a field related to television.

Requirements
  • This program is open to students who live or attend school in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, or Washington.
  • Applicants must be majoring in television or participating in a TV/video program or project.
  • The program includes the Tricia Moen Memorial Scholarship.
  • Applicants for that scholarship must submit a 500word essay on their understanding of what it means to be a producer in today's television environment, their personal experiences with television producing, and how they've been inspired by the life story of Tricia Moen.
  • Applicants for general scholarships must submit a 500word essay on the event(s) and/or experience(s) that led them to a career in television and film.
