Requirements
  • This program is open to scholar/athletes between 14 and 21 years of age who play tennis competitively either on a school team or as a ranked tournament player and have type I diabetes.
  • Applicants must submit a 500word essay on the significance of diabetes in their lives.
  • Selection is based on values, commitment, sportsmanship, community involvement, and financial need.
