The NVTC Foundation Kilberg Scholarship is open to female residents of Northern Virginia of any age. Eligible students include graduating high school seniors, high school graduates, and GED recipients who are enrolled or planning to enroll in college. Students must be interested in pursuing a degree in a STEM field. This scholarship is sponsored by the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC).
