The NVTC Foundation Kilberg Scholarship is open to female residents of northern Virginia of any age. Applicants should be graduating high school seniors, high school graduates, or GED recipients who are enrolled or planning to enroll in college. They must be interested in studying a field of STEM. This scholarship is sponsored by the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC).
