Requirements
  • Resident of New York.
  • Employed as support staff at a library in the state.
  • Enrolled in a 4year undergraduate program at a face-to-face or online academic institution.
  • Have completed at least 36 credits towards a bachelor's degree in any academic discipline.
  • Agree to become a member of the New York Black Librarians Caucus (NYBLC) and to renew their membership for at least 2 years.
