Requirements
  • This program is open to Native Americans who meet these qualifications: are on official tribal rolls of a New York tribe or are the child of an enrolled member; are residents of New York; and are or will be graduates of an accredited high school or have a New York State General Equivalency Diploma or are enrolled in college credit programs working for the State High School Equivalency Diploma.
  • Recipients must be accepted by an approved accredited postsecondary institution within New York.
  • Remedial, noncredit, and college preparation courses are not funded.
