Requirements

This program is open to high school seniors accepted at a 4-year college or university and full-time college freshmen currently enrolled at such an institution.

Applicants must be working on or planning to work on a degree related to the water industry or an environmental career.

They must be residents of New York or attending school at an accredited New York college or university.

Selection is based primarily on academic achievement, but consideration is also given to extracurricular activities such as participation in student chapters of professional societies and summer work experience in the water industry.
