The Oakwood Schools Foundation - Howard Sales Memorial Scholarship is open to graduating seniors from Oakwood High School in Ohio who have played at least one sport while in high school. Athletes planning to play a sport in college receive special consideration, unless they have received a full-ride Division I athletic scholarship.
