The Oakwood Schools Foundation - Oakwood High School, Class of 1950, David R. Collins Scholarship is available to seniors who are graduating from Oakwood High School in Dayton, Ohio, who are able to display strong leadership qualities and good citizenship. Students who exhibit outstanding achievement in creative writing or speech and drama are encouraged to apply.
