The Oberndorf Lifeline to Completion Scholarship awards Phi Theta Kappa members who are attending a 2-year college and who will graduate with an associate degree within 18 months from the time of the application. Students who have encountered a catastrophic loss, natural disaster, major illness or injury, change in dependency status, or loss of income in the past six months are encouraged to apply.
