Requirements

This program is open to members or relatives of active members of an Odd Fellow or Rebekah Lodge who are enrolled or planning to enroll at a college or university.

Applicants must be at least 30 years of age and 1) not dependent upon parents or another person for support; 2) married and not dependent upon parents or another person, other than their spouse, for support; or 3) supporting their own child and not dependent upon parents or another person for support.
