The Officer Chris Kilcullen Memorial Scholarship supports students from select communities in Benton, Lane, and Linn counties in Oregon as they continue their postsecondary education. Students who plan to enroll part-time or full-time at Bushnell University, New Hope Christian College, Lane Community College, or the University of Oregon are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students with a minimum GPA who plan to pursue a service and community-focused career or have demonstrated strong community service relevant to their field.

Requirements
  • Resident of Alpine, Cheshire, Coburg, Cottage Grove, Crawfordsville, Creswell, Dexter, Elmira, Eugene, Fall Creek, Goshen, Halsey, Harrisburg, Junction City, Leaburg, Lorane, Lowell, Marcola, Mohawk, Monroe, Noti, Pleasant Hill, Saginaw, Springfield, Veneta, Walker, or Walterville, Oregon
  • High school graduate (including GED recipient and homeschooled graduate)
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree, full or parttime
  • Planning to attend Bushnell University, Lane Community College, New Hope Christian College, orthe University of Oregon
  • U.S. citizen Preference is given to students with a minimum GPA of 2.50 who plan to pursue a service and communityfocused career or have demonstrated strong community service relevant to their field.
