Offutt Enlisted Spouses Club Spouse Scholarship provides financial assistance to spouses of military personnel assigned to Offutt Air Force Base or residing in designated counties of Iowa and Nebraska who wish to attend college in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to 1) spouses of active-duty military personnel assigned to Offutt AFB; and 2) spouses of retired or deceased military personnel who currently reside in Cass, Douglas, or Sarpy counties in Nebraska or Mills or Pottawattamie counties in Iowa.

Applicants must be attending or planning to attend a college, university, vocational training program, or business school in any state.

Financial need is also considered in the selection process.
