About the Scholarship

The OGE Positive Energy Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who reside in the OG&E service area in Oklahoma and western Arkansas. Students who are planning to attend a college or university in Oklahoma or Arkansas are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students who are studying for a degree in a STEM field leading to a career in the energy field and demonstrate financial need.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3.25 GPA
  • Minimum SAT composite score of 1200 or an ACT composite score of 25
  • Reside in the OG&E service area in Oklahoma and western Arkansas
  • Graduating high school senior
  • Seeking a bachelor's degree in Oklahoma or Arkansas Preference is given to students who are studying for a degree in a STEM field leading to a career in the energy field and demonstrate financial need.
