Requirements

This program is open to residents of Oklahoma who are attending or planning to attend public or private institutions in Oklahoma.

Applicants must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and demonstrate financial need with an expected family contribution that varies each year.

Undocumented immigrants are eligible if they 1) have graduated from a public or private high school in Oklahoma; 2) will have resided in Oklahoma with a parent or guardian for at least 2 years prior to graduation from high school or successful completion of the GED in Oklahoma; 3) satisfy admission standards for the institution, and 4) have filed a petition with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to legalize their immigration status.
