O.M. Plummer Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school senior members of 4-H in Idaho who have been involved in livestock activities and plan to attend college in the state.

Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Idaho who are a member of a 4-H livestock club and have taken livestock projects (beef, sheep, swine, dairy, or goat) for at least 3 years.

Horse and small animal projects are not eligible.

Applicants must have participated in livestock showing or judging beyond the county level (i.e., district, area, state, regional, and national shows and contests).

They must be planning to attend college in any state.
