The Opal Marshall McCelvey Scholarship is open to members of the Alpha Theta chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta at the University of Texas at Austin. Students seeking a bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply. If no member of that chapter applies, the award is available to collegian or alumnae members of any chapter pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
