The Opal Marshall McCelvey Scholarship is open to members of the Alpha Theta chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta at the University of Texas at Austin. Collegian members pursuing an undergraduate degree are encouraged to apply. If no member of that chapter applies, the award is available to collegian or alumnae members of any chapter pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
