The Open Bank Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors in Los Angeles, Orange, or Santa Clara counties, California, Clark County, Nevada, or Collin, Dallas, or Denton counties, Texas. Students who are planning to attend a 2 or 4-year college full-time are welcome to apply.
