Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Wisconsin who are the children, grandchildren, or spouses of Local 139 members.
  • Applicants must be planning to attend an accredited college, university, community college, or trade school in any state.
  • Selection is based on leadership as demonstrated in school and civic activities, extracurricular participation, academic achievement, motivation to serve others, and success in setting goals and striving to achieve them.
